Labels: how i quit smoking, my quitting in 2 days
Something really cheesy happened to me today. On my first day of quitting I started to feel really bad and my mom told me to go and sleep a little bit but the need to smoke was to big so I went there and got myself another pack of cigarettes. Man I just couldn't resist the temptation of not smoking. Another important even today was from a friend that told me on skype and showed me a video on Youtube about how people quite smoking and about a woman who had lung cancer and she died in front of her son's video camera sending a message to the teens out there and telling them not to smoke. This video impressed me a lot so i'll think i should start try to learn more about laser treatment for quitting smoking because this seems to be the optimal solution for my problem. Got to talk to the doctor he recommended me to understand first various aspects of doing things and I'm going to make sure that my nicotine addiction isn't too high and I'll manage to quit soooon :)). Till then I need to mention that the quit smoking medication that I previously took wasn't quite effective and I struggled a lot of this stuff and never mind it didn't really help me till today when i was told by a close friend that in order to be able to stop smoking i need something called willpower, which I DON'T :)) We also expected someone to say something about how to quite smoking in USA. Can you recommend our readers some useful resources?
